Optical Laboratory Manager

Optical laboratory managers are responsible for effectively managing all optical laboratory operations and provide exceptional customer service on behalf of their organization.

Responsibilities:

Optical laboratory managers are in charge of supervising the crafting of quality eyewear for all customers. In addition, they manufacture eyewear in accordance with manufacturing regulations, following strict safety procedures. They interact with colleagues, as well as existing and prospective customers. They oversee and supervise the correct cleaning and ongoing maintenance of optical laboratory tools and equipment as well.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in management or a related field is often required for this job. In addition, previous experience - including in a managerial capacity - is generally necessary, and optical training may be preferred.
